Creating Space Workshop -- February 16th, 10am to 5pm
We live our lives in a contracted state due to the bombardment of obligations, stresses, frustrations and sometimes even traumas from the modern world. Our mind-body-spirit needs internal space to healthily process these emotions and events, allowing us to regain balance, harmony and a sense of calm peace. This full-day workshop presents a multitude of techniques and activities to aid you in creating the internal space you need to free up your energy, let go of unwanted baggage, increase energy and motivation, and to create the life perspective that you desire. This day of self-nourishment includes: gentle movement, self-acupressure, creative visualization, guided meditation and more.
Pre-Registration is required.
There will be an hour break for lunch around 1:00 pm
