Creating Internal Space to Transform Emotional Stress: 5-Part Series

I originally offered this course as a one-day workshop last spring. It was received extremely well by the participants. It was a lot of material and techniques to cover in just six hours and when considering offering it again, I've decided to break it up into 5 parts, so it can be more easily digested by participants.
We live our lives in a contracted state due to the bombardment of obligations, stresses, frustrations and sometimes even traumas from the modern world. Our mind-body-spirit needs internal space to healthily process these emotions and events, allowing us to regain balance, harmony and a sense of calm peace. This 5-part series (offered Thursdays in January) presents a multitude of techniques and activities to aid you in creating the internal space you need to free up your energy, let go of unwanted baggage, increase energy and motivation, and to create the life perspective that you desire. This series of self-nourishment includes: gentle movement, self-acupressure, creative visualization, guided meditation and more.

We explore "Being in the Now," "Being Calm in the Unknown," "Flexibility and the Big Picture," "Seeing Value and Letting Go," as well as "Boundaries and Compassion."
