The Journey to Wholeness: Soul Retrieval Workshop
Whether we realize it or not, at some point in our lives we have lost or given away part of our energetic selves. We can call this heartbreak, emotional trauma, or soul loss. Retrieving the lost fragments enables us to be more whole – to have more energy – to be more healthy – to live more fulfilled lives.
This experiential workshop will include some brief presentation and discussion, but its main components are three meditations to retrieve a lost soul fragment. First will be in relation with another person. Second will be in relation to a situation or event. Third will be in relation to a genetic or ancestral wound which limits our wholeness. You do not have to be consciously aware of the relationships and what was lost/given away. These will emerge through the process of Soul Retrieval. Time will be given for reflection and journaling.
